McElroy Law Firm Part of the Inaugural ACBA Ally Initiative

McElroy Law Firm is so honored to be a part of the inaugural ACBA Ally Initiative Class. We graduated from the program on November 10th after completing a number of steps to ensure the law firm is more inclusive.

The ACBA Ally Initiative asks attorneys and their law firms to commit to increasing inclusivity, creating equitable workplaces, and empowering traditionally marginalized members of the bar. It is a wonderful program.
